What equipment do you need?

• Hiking boots or sports shoes suitable for getting wet and a spare pair of shoes.
• Swimsuit and short-sleeved shirt (preferably made of polyester).
• Sun protection, towel, and dry clothes for changing.
• 1 liter of water.

Personal requirements

• Not suffer from vertigo.
• Not suitable for pregnant women.
• Must know how to swim.
